Definitely my kind of movie- a fairytale that sticks to its grotesque roots- love the actors, the costumes, the story... Only problem like many amazing films it has no Australian release guess I'm going to have the to wait for DVD release again :/
shareIt did play at the recent Italian Film Festival which toured the country.
Madman appear to have the rights though I suspect it will be a direct to video release which is such a shame because it is such a gorgeous looking film and very much suited to the big screen.
I caught it at the Italian Film Festival and there was only about 20 people at it so there doesn't appear to be much of a market for it.
