Saw the trailer and came here to say literally the exact same thing, except for the "could work" part. Looks pretty terrible to me. Such a shame for a great actor like DeNiro. Looks about par for Bautista and Dean Morgan though.

shareI mean... the Ocean's 11 thing is sorta permissable... stealing from the big scary boss man is a tried and true formula.... but seriously... a bus? Could they honestly not think of something a little different than Speed? Even Speed 2 was smart enough to not do the bus-thing over again.
shareI added in my post recently that JOHN Q has some part in this, as both stories have a father desperate to save his dying son but cannot afford his med care committing felonies in an attempt to save his son, and both John Q and this involve taking hostages for that effort though in one movie the hostages are in the hospital and in this they are on a bus.
