In a time when crafting a solid B-movie becomes a rare gift, this solid and entertaining combo of "Heat" and "Speed" wins by simply delivering the goods. Great Jeffrey Dean Morgan, acceptable DeNiro, wasted Bautista, few great action beats and quick pacing (film is only 90 minutes long) makes this a solid B-movie entertainment.
