How did Liverpool win the entire champions league league and then get paired with PSG?

I read they had seeding for the round of 16 as well. Again, that's rubbish. They've just played a league, so that's the current form. It should have been first in the league vs lowest finisher in the league, 2nd vs 2nd last, etc... Just more protectionism for the big boys.

this time I don't expect any miracles, I think the favorites will make it through.
only question is the Bruges - Villa match.
