Why does Hollywood think Americans are so much stupider than they really are? ( at least I hope so )

This movie, and most movies are just so braindead stupid it is unbelievable. Who watches this stuff, and who likes it?

Miami after global warming hits with all the buildings with the lower floors and foundations flooded. This is as dumb or dumber than "The Tomorrow War".

America is supposed to be the richest country on Earth, and we piss away our capital making garbage like this that makes people more stupid than they are already?

This is just awful, movies were smarter 50 years ago ... we are going backwards.

And more diverse. It seems the "diversity is our strength" theory forgot to check IQ 😁

It does not mean that your peculiar idea of diversity is responsible for making people stupid. They are mostly stupid in areas that are less diverse for your information. Also, people like you, who never miss an opportunity to take a cheap false shot are the ones who do not know what they are talking about in most cases.

Actually, that's exactly what it means. If you have two ethnic groups A and B, A having an average IQ 100, and B having an average IQ 90, the higher the percentage of B in the total population, the lower the population average IQ. It's just basic maths.

They are mostly stupid in areas that are less diverse for your information.

That's a common argument, and it's a half-truth. Wealthier and more industrious areas and societies usually have more immigrants. But they're not wealthier because of having more immigrants, they have more immigrants because they were wealthier in first place. Nobody migrates to black Africa, guess why.

The ugly consequence is that the situation you described is temporary. The more immigrants from shithole communities appear, the more the industrious and high IQ people will fly. A real-time example of that is California in US. It was the most thrilling and advanced state and the mecca of IT and new technologies. Right now it's becoming a shithole.
