Why is the movie titled "Soaked in Bleach", when those words never appear in the movie?

Is this a joke? The words come from Nirvan'a song lyrics, Come As You Are.

I find it sad every time I hear Come As You Are that every time Kurt sang that line, little did he know that would be the title of a future movie about his probably murder.

Besides that they are Nirvana lyrics, murderers covering themselves and/or the victim with bleach is a method used to eliminate blood/DNA evidence, so I'm sure the filmmakers were using the lyrics to make for an eerie double meaning and metaphor.
