Just want some feedback on whether it delivers on its premise.

There is nothing really positive about them. Just living, decaying, stagnating.
No one is growing.
It was terrible watching this movie.
Kind of like torture.
Everyone's negative, weak, selfish, underachieving and pathetic.

I've never understood why some people apparently decide whether or not to watch a movie based on the opinion of someone they presumably don't know.
FWIW, I found the movie quite enjoyable.
Also, I'm not sure what "one dimensional" means in this context. It suggests to me that their character is clear-cut and not subject to much variation. If so, aren't many people in real life "one dimensional"? Does that make them uninteresting? Is there a suggestion that movies shouldn't have such characters?
Anyway, I found the characters realistic and interesting.
Oh, and Dreama Walker is absolutely gorgeous.

It means more or less what you stated. But I guess I expect a character, because a film is still a piece of fiction, to be a bit more 'animated', slightly unreal on screen, therefore not 'one-dimensional'. Also, I was speaking purely contextually with regards to this type of narrative & plot, absolutely nothing wrong with single-minded or basic characters doing whatever.

I mostly disagree with your review – both female characters are positive and strong women, and all three men go through some degree of growth by the end of the film. It's a pretty lightweight movie considering the premise and it's definitely worth a try if you have nothing else to do.
shareI went in with no expectations. Thought it might be kind of decent based on the trailer and others' reviews.
I didn't enjoy it.
It just fell kind of "flat" for me. I wasn't expecting anything but it just kind of moved along.
It reminds me of those small things that happen people move along in their life. A snapshot, if you will. So this is a movie regarding a snapshot concerning a few peoples' lives - who all have a bit of connection with one another.
