Why is he the most wanted assassin in the world? Clearly, he sucks at his job. Can't explode her, can't shoot her at point blank range and, jeez, his associates? She kills the guy in broad daylight. Who's more inept, this assassin or the world's protection agencies? I can't wait for this movie.

Brosnan did a fine job at what he was asked to do but yes them making him so incompetent was disheartening.

I very disagree with you. Looking at the movie and his role, he were so bad at his job. It was in the sake of the movie not to blow up that ballon, but they could make it little different. They could speed it up or add some interruption (jammed rifle perhaps) and make it looks better.

I was thinking the same thing while watching, 'why would she not change her appearance'?
Likely due to Milla not wanting to change her looks.
However, for this movie she would have been better off trying to change her appearance.
