My thoughts on reconstucting the social construct of masculinity:
A man is a person born with an XY chromosome. Furthermore, whenever I meet a man or see a man that has an XY chromosome, I think about what kind of man is he??
Is he mature? Is he a narcissist? Does he take care of his family? How does he treat others? How does he treat women? What type of job does he have? Who are his friends? How does he treat his family? What are his goals?
I don't think about whether he will open the door for me.
