There are funnier episodes of South Park, but this one still offered plenty of laughs. The cereal box mafia was hilarious.
Great social commentary on the corrupt American healthcare system, pharmaceutical companies, and shady corporate virtue-signaling. Hopefully, this will wake more people up to the ineffectiveness of the US-style health insurance scam. 7/10.

It was okay. The "navigating the American health care system" song segment was funny. The episode was funnier at the beginning, with quotes like "Rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity". The Fury Road/Road Warrior ending was alright. Cartman's cereal bombs were pretty disgusting. I did like how the milf-club of ozempic addicted moms would keep posing in their half shirts during the robbery.
