shareNeither have I but I've read a LOT of SciFi. And lo and behold: S03E08 proves the point.
shareYeah we kinda already had this in Stargate SG1 with the giant Ori Gate as well. Heck we can go back to the mid 90's and Wing Commander Prophecy did it with the Nephilim invasion. Plenty of inspiration here.
