Wow. That was unexpected and somewhat depressing. This show has been killing off characters left and right. First Gordon, then Phil, then Mike, now Lewis.
Oh well, at least Gail's still alive, more or less.

No, not really. But Erica was rambling on about how everyone she comes into contact with dies, and I think she mentioned Mike's name. I don't know if that means he's really dead, or she's just assuming he's dead.
I think we can assume Mike is dead. Because if he was still alive at this point, it'd be safe to assume he just had regular flu or whatever and would be better by now. In which case, there's no reason he wouldn't have come back.
Also, starting to feel vaguely sexist how they keep killing off the men, none of the women. Unless they're waiting to kill them in child birth? Though that'd be a bit dark for this show, I think. Or, they want to end the show with Tandy being "THE LAST *MAN* ON EARTH" and sort of having his own harem, because women are more necessary to repopulation than men.

Too bad they didn't run this episode a week earlier, considering the holiday. Especially with it being that OTHER holiday, that would have been a fun teaser.
