Okay, it's been a while, but what is Lucious being investigated for? I thought the FBI storyline was dead. Didn't the lead investigator quit after she found a body in her car?

I remember the first killing. No proof there, they dug up the body right and put it in the FBI investigator's car; right.
What else happened to cause the FBI to go after him -- again!

Tariq overheard Carol talking about Lucious killing people while Cookie was in jail but I don't think they ever specifically said why they were after Lucious this time around.
