One of the best scenes since the beginning of this show.

Of all the guest stars that have appeared on this show, IMO Angelo has played the best part so far. I am very impressed and happy about the role of Taye Diggs aka "Angelo" on this show.

If Empire is dealing with real life issues, this is also a very KEY and important one. I am very happy that they are emphasizing the fact that EDUCATION, going to college is more important if anyone wants to get ahead. It is necessary to let young kids know that music and sports are good but EDUCATION IS THE KEY to everything.

Great job Empire writers. I was very impressed with this episode.

yep, i liked that too

and as far as someone mentioning Cookie's character being written "out" or down or whatever...perhaps she is going to be allowed to grow and change, while accepting "where she comes from" she could really be a force of good w Angelo, altho she mothering-ly yet begrudgingly spoke to the young lad about going back to school

who knows if she could really make that big of a turnaround?
