Why would we want to see Anika and Lucious one-up each other?

So now we have to watch them receive sexual favors in front of each other?

I don't care to see Anika "stand up" to Lucious. She is disgusting.

Does Lucious even care that she killed his grandchild? That she killed his daughter in law?

Does anyone understand that she is an evil, dangerous Witch?
(Besides Andre, and Lucious's mother, who nobody pays any attention to...)

This "business-as-usual" story-telling is very off-putting. I understand the season is only a few episodes in, but something like a baby-killer should be dealt with right away. Who still wants to see Anika on the screen? She isn't some "flawed heroine" who make a mistake. Her character has been destroyed beyond repair.

I loved it. Very Alexis and Dexter ish. Dynasty fans know what I mean. Frankly, I like Lucious better with Anika than Cookie. She's a devious bitch. The female version of Lucious. Most of the time Cookie is obnoxious and silly.

They don't care about each other. It's a marriage of pure convenience. Why would it matter to either of them?

I also don't understand why Lucious and Cookie have to "go to war" again?

This show has just too much going on in too many different directions that do not come together in any way, shape, form or fashion. At this point it's just "WTF?" viewing.

Agree about Anika. If she's truly a cold blooded murderess, then quit fooling around and make her pay. They must love the actress, but they have destroyed the character beyond redemption.

With last seasons cliffhanger, I was thinking it HAD TO BE Anika that fell off the building. I like the actress, but they screwed up her character so bad. It makes no sense trying to build her back up again after everything that's happened. She's now a murderer and NOBODY seems to care

Interesting that Cookie and Luscious' criminal activities are somehow dismissed isn't it.

I actually like it and think it should have been given to them last season once he got out of jail. On most soap operas there is a resident baddie causing all the drama and I think Anika is slowing becoming that for this show, Think Alexis(dynasty), Abby(Knots Landing), Angela(Falcon Crest), Amanda (Melrose Place). I don't believe they had to make her a killer to do it, but i seen worse on other shows. Heck i even seen rapist be redeemed on daytime soap operas and become some of my favorite characters. So i'm going along with this story line, just make it entertaining. Truth be told i didn't start enjoying season two until she started acting up.
