The Salaries seem kind of Small (If Accurate)

It's been reported that
Taraji and Terrence: $125,000-175,000 per episode
Trai, Bryshere, and Jussie: $20,000 per episode (Nick/Disney Channel Salaries)
(Except Miranda Cosgrove her agent was ON IT -$180,000 per for Icarly)

For a show that is ratings success, even at times beating The Big Bang Theory, either outright and/or in the Adult demographic, a critical success, and has two leads of whom are Academy Award nominated (Taraji also a Golden Globe Winner, and a 2 time Emmy nominee) it seems their salaries are very small in comparison.

(Now while none of their salaries are anything Argentina would begin to weep for, it is still way smaller than their counterparts, and that is unmistakable.)

To put into perspective, The Real Housewives, whose ratings do not come anywhere close all make WAY MORE money than then

They're dealing with different networks, different budgets and different agents.

Well, they signed their contracts before they knew the show would be any sort of ratings success. When those contracts are up, they'll all likely negotiate themselves to higher salaries.

The Big Bang Theory cast didn't start off earning as much as they did.
