This episode was so good and Cookie was so cute. I felt bad for how the Mean Girls gossips in the ladies room. She showed more class than them. They could have at least apologized. Then she uses the opera set to pop like it's her new jam. Too funny. A lot of subtle goodness like the opera singer not batting an eye to her outrageous eying and then joining her label like they are besties. Speaking of besties I am liking Jamal and the Mayor as cerebral sparring partners and besties on love advice. Did anyone notice that the young female singer whose the cause of the bidding war has made eyes with every Lyons but off limits Jamal?

shareanyone know who played the opera diva? Cookie's behavior was actually more correct than the staid crowd. Centuries ago, when opera WAS pop music, the audience hooted, hollered, cheered, and even threw things anytime they were impressed. (hopefully they threw roses but it could also be tomatoes). I was hoping they would show the singer thanking Cookie for showing true appreciation.
