Something big i'm not sure has been addressed....

alot of us have brought up the fact that Rhonda's death seemed a bit one-and-done (agreed!) with only Andre's grieving being the main focus

posting on another thread, it just occurred to me----Andre witnessed Anika and Rhonda fighting on the deck Rhonda fell off of....did anyone ever question (him)---wtf...How did she fall? Why did she fall? Did Andre ever admit to witnessing it? Did he question Anika??

Even IF Anika were to tell him "She attacked me"---he would question why? "Oh , cuz i pushed her down the stairs and made her lose the baby"---? i mean, i just started thinking-----she's dead on top of a car and no one asks, why, and how? etc..?

Yeah, this is really pissing me off, I want luscious mom to kill Anika, she's cruel and selfish, there could have been two Lyon babies, she can burn in hell.

yeah, something better happen after dragging Lucious' mom back from the non-existent grave...so far all she's done 3 episodes is smack her gums at Anika

Yes, after that first scene it was acted as though Rhonda died of an accident or something, not because she was pushed! Which Andre witnessed! I doubt they'll go back to it but it's like they switched storylines.

I agree that the longer the writers don't address Rhonda's death, the more likely that storyline will be forgotten. I don't know if that's their intent but if better storylines take over, Rhonda's death/accidental fall will fade into obscurity especially if Andre moves on with someone else.

well if that's true, it's a *beep* thing to do to the fans

that was the MAIN cliffhanger left at the end of last season---and so far all we've seen is her ghost in Andre's delirium

he HAS to take Anika down! writers, feel free to use this haha

Empire has dropped a few storylines in the past, Rhonda's probably won't be the last.

This irks me so bad that they've completely dropped this plot. It's a big deal. I keep hoping Anika is gonna be outed every episode, yet it never happens and at this point I don't think it will. It's been too long. How can they even bring it back up at this point?

@su: I know! They just threw that storyline out the window. He lost his son and wife because of Anika and there has been nothing else about it. Smh.

ok, they just showed the follow-up episode which i must've missed the first few minutes of....showing Anika going into labor immediately following
and evil Lucious having the audacity to lean down and start whispering into Anika's ear AS SHE'S GIVING BIRTH! wtf

okay, so he basically tells her to cover it up completely...i guess we are to assume he got Andre to go along with it? seems unreal, even for this show

hence, no funeral scene or so longs

@sum: Yea I find it hard to believe that Andre accepted and went along with it. And who knows if he knows.

And a few weeks ago, the actress that played Rhonda said that there should be a funeral episode coming. But I TRULY don't understand how a character just died and they let SO many episodes pass by and no funeral! Smh.
