Too bad IMDB is closing down but I am not surprised at all. I had become so disappointed with this site because it just became a place where bigots spouted hateful, racist rhetoric. The Hidden Figures board was really bad. The moderators had to delete a lot of racist posts.
It has not been a civil discussion place at all. So I guess all that hasn't gone unnoticed.
You can't try that hateful stuff on Facebook. The fans will clobber you..LOL!!!

At the very top of the page, the message is displayed. You can read it at every IMDB message board site. Just look at the very top of the page. It's right there. February 20th will be the death of IMDB message boards and I for one am not disappointed. share
The trolls did took over and ruined a great thing, but I'm still going to miss the message boards.
