Looks embarrassingly horrendous…
I can’t even tell you how bad this looks. It’s like a scooby-doo origin story with fresh faced teens. “Hey the gangs all here! And your favorite murderer! Watch their silly antics as young Dexter outwits them at every turn!”
People forget this show was originally dark af, deadly serious and morally gray. It made you grapple with Dexter and who he was. Now it’s like the whoopty-doo kil-a-baddy happy Funtime hour.
Leave this poor show alone already. It ended badly enough in the original, but at least it was an ending.
