Yeah. That's one of the trends in horror these days. Male nudity, preferably of the creepy kind.

Fat frumpy middle aged men with their peckers hanging out.

Yeah it's tired trend I'm sick of too. A24 isn't putting out the same quality of movies they used and tends to cater a lot more to the hipster audience that will eat up anything just because of the A24 name on it.
