Bonnie has motive and is capable of this, but again, she's too obvious a choice too.
Connor would be uncharacteristic and again too obvious since he is being implied all the time.
Mahoney -- too obvious and anti-climactic.
The other K4 has no motive to kill Wes at all.
Maybe the breakup fuelled some fights between them and Maggie killed him???

sharethere were a lot of other clues in 3x09. the scene where her hairdresser (Mary J. Blige) says there was someone there, we are lead to assume its the ADA but it could very well be Meggy who wears her way in the same way described.
She at one point in 3a told Wes she was investigating Analise and the murder posters bothered her.
All of Wes' love interests have been detrimental to Analise and the k5 and this is no exception.
The amount that she was featured in 3x10 was alarming, practically every flashback scene showed her or involved her in some way. Wes flaunting his new gf by buying her something in one of those scenes and then later bringing her to the hospital to collect his records shortly before he testified in the Mahoney case is probably the inciting incident. Yes he was a patient there in s2 but i think the writers put that scene there meticulously as something you wouldn't think of until you know more about Meggy, which for the most part we don't know anything.
In s1 the obvious choices of Sam and Rebecca were just red herrings. My guess was Bonnie doing it for Sam. Having Frank do it for him relies on the backstory we got in s2 so there was no real way to deduce that.
But i think we have some and will have enough info here to at least eliminate suspects just like we eliminated Under the Sheet victims up to 3x09. The fact that Sam's sister, the Mahoneys and Frank confessing were all mentioned in 3x10 should lead you to believe they are too obvious.
@sp: I agree. Even her response to Connor when he asked her: How are you? And she said: I don't know. Her facial expression looked a bit suspicious.
But who knows, only time will tell.

at this point frank, sam's sister an the mahooney's are all too obvious
every flash back scene showed meggy. most importantly when Micheala saw him shopping for something so soon after a breakup.
