But why was she arrested and put in jail so fast right after the fire? And she just got home. They are accusing her right away and just threw her in jail.

They weren't accusing her right away - they brought her in for questioning and she was flailing under the pressure. Then they get information from an anonymous source (lawyer lady? I forget) and with Annalise already being under investigation previously (with Wes almost testifying against her then suspiciously showing up in her burning house dead), they have enough reasonable doubt to arrest her for arson and murder. Don't forget they haven't gone to trial yet, so even though she's in jail pending bail she's not considered guilty.
