Nate's Entering Annalise's Home - Daytime or Nighttime?

In the fall finale, it appeared that, on the day of the fire, Nate entered Annalise's home in the daytime.

However, in the 2/9/17 episode, we see that Nate entered Annalise's home at night.

So, what's going on? Are the writers hoping we don't notice the discrepancy?

Nope, he entered at night in both the episode. I just checked the episode to make sure.
