I'm watching the episode now and I'm just a little confused.

What exactly did she confess to Annalise while she went to visit her in jail?

Annalise tells her dad that her mom has signs of dementia but then states her "confession about the fire" wasnt a mistake.

WHat was she talking about?

In season one AKs mom tells her she burned their childhood home down because she found out an uncle was sexually abusing AK. As a result of that fire the uncle died in the home. That could be what she was referring to in the recent episode.
