Wes told the police he'd help their case against Annalise but is worried she'll have Frank (or someone) kill him because of it. So they fake his death, fake body, and whisk him away with a new identity to start his life somewhere else. He didn't know Laurel was pregnant so he'll probably come back at some point. Nate is probably in on it too.
shareI wish that were the case. But that would be a lot of people in on it, including the ambulance people and the coroner. Don't forget we saw him on a slab in the morgue. He looked pretty dead.
In TV world anything is possible....especially if enough people are in on it....namely the coroner...
Although as much as I want to believe that he could be alive it's weird that the woman cop who has been working with Wes has been so hard on the case. If it was a cover-up they'd have someone else working the case or decide that it was an accident. Unless there's some larger plan at work...but there's no one to really have a reason let alone resources to pull this off. Maybe the Mahoneys but they haven't been relevant enough...
That's what I was thinking.

shareI'd love it because I actually liked Wes. The show is becoming boring without him. Laurel and Connor, once my 2 fave K5 members, have gotten long in the tooth. And it would make for an exciting storyline going into Season 4.
