Seagal was bad, but other actors did a good job and the plot of the movie was ok.

No. I'm watching it now. I'm so bored, I'm typing this into IMDB instead. Possibly the worst film I have ever seen.

i liked it. sort of like True Romance, but garbage.
fun garbage nonetheless!
