I can totally see the psycho b!tch getting off for all the awful things she's done. Though I'm not sure how a secret kid is going to help. I can see her getting out and going after the girls again and Elizabeth having to put her down. At least that's what I am hoping for anyway.

Yes please, kill her off.

And yes, I think that a secret kid could do more harm than good, but in this series justice is very odd.
