I hate disco music but...

Damn, you have to be paraplegic if it doesn't make you shake your booty.
Great scenes when they showed the birth of disco.

I had to admit i did like the tunes they played...

I am not a fan of disco/dance music, but that song by Indigo was amazing.

It really sounded good with a 5.1 surround sound system.

Imagine how it sounded on a 7.1 system. I didn't have to imagine because I'm not poor like fede_8.

I'm a real kewl kat.🐈

The show is mixed in 5.1 like most tv shows, so there wouldn't be any difference. Also, *beep* you 😉

On your sorry excuse for a system, no it wouldn't make a difference. On mine, it rocks hard. Now go eff yourself. 😂

Music isn't optimal on a theatre surround. Small pa (2 15s) has a much better sound and punch. I have a 7.1 system. It's excellent for movies. It's mediocre for music.

That's right! 2 nice studio quality speakers makes this show's music EXPLODE!

reply

you would have done just fine leaving it at "I hate disco music"...

I must have mellowed. I don't hate it anymore! Back in those days, my friends wanted to go to the disco bars & I wanted to go to the country bars. Constant battle. I was the minority, of course.

Don't get me wrong, I still don't *like* it, but neither do I hate it as I used to.

I'm not a big fan of disco either. It would be a cool twist, though, if it's what saves the company in the end, and not standard rock and roll.
