He's not "making" any music. He's promoting music that already exists. But I'm actually kind of excited to see the disco and punk movement from it's roots b/c by the time I was born it was LONG gone...

Read it again. The OP didn't say Clark was making music...they said he was making it popular (aka: promoting it).
