HBO Passes On A Second Season
First Season wasn't the best but had high hopes they would turn it around.

I thought it was decent. I really enjoyed Ray Romano. They could at least give us a send-off Movie like they're doing with "Looking" and Stephen Merchant's show. I'm a little shocked at the news, as I thought they had already signed for a second season...guess I was wrong. IMHO it had a string supporting cast and a decent main cast. There's just so many unanswered questions and it seemed to just be getting somewhere in the last few episodes.
My main thing is as of right now with GoT's season ending, they don't have many strong shows at all. Ballers is coming back. But usually HBO has a good, strong, household name show all year long. Right now it's just a mixed bag of shows that they seem to have little confidence in and I don't know what they're doing with most of them..I.e. The Leftovers.,.is that even coming back? I never watched "Togetherness" but I'm pretty sure that was canceled..."Looking" was canceled and we get a movie just like the show with Stephen Merchant..forget the name.
Point is HBO's lineup is usually more solid than this. I've never seen it so flimsy. I don't even know what shows will be on later in the summer and fall. Just a mess IMHO.
