A show that had balls

Vinyl will eventually be recognised for the classic it is. A superb show sorely underappreciated by the dimwits, some of whom of course frequent these forums. I like Game of Thrones but if the high salaries and production of that show is impacting the production of other quality HBO shows, then that is very poor form indeed.

I just don't get it, either. And it goes beyond this show for me as its one of a few that I enjoyed and I find out it won't be coming back. Their choices just leave me wondering what the heck is going on at the top...bunch of different or new executives or something? I realize the ratings aren't what they want but besides a blockbuster like GoT maybe they aren't realizing the competition is getting better. AMC, FX, Netflix have all stepped up their game...IMHO. I used to just basically watch HBO but I've found myself watching shows on AMC, FX, and even A&E more frequently..

Nah. I didn't have one original bone in its body. It will be forgotten. It was fun at times but it was not a memorable classic show. There will be no cult for Vinyl.

If I don't reply, you're probably on my ignore list for something I forgot already

I don't doubt there are people who honestly thought they were watching something good with Vinyl - but same could be said for every show that has ever been cancelled. All kinds of taste out there.

I am of the belief that taste is taste and there is no right/wrong or good/bad. People like what they like. So I won't say anyone who thought Vinyl was amazing has bad taste.

But I guarantee it will not eventually be recognized as anything.
