(spoiler) is it normal to react like that?

I think that this movie is underrated.

It builds much atmosphere and tension.
Yes, there are unanswered questions at the end, but do good stories have to answer all your questions? I dont think so...

The only thing that I had problems with was
how they reacted to eachother later on... I mean... if you just saw your wife stabbing her female part... how can you ask her a few minutes later - while you're still not sure if she even is your wife - if that feels good and touch her injured parts with that horny face??

Well I found the male character to be extremely horny to begin with. But what I found surprising was his desire to constantly be physically close to her after he saw that something out of the ordinary was happening to her. Most people put distance between themselves and the thing they find strange or threatening.

me too!!! and dirty.

so this is where you almost drowned playing submarine. let's have sex here!

I wish we spent more time with them to prove how normal she/they normally are. I felt like she was special needs from the beginning and that took away from the mania.

OH THANK YOU GOD! THANK YOU SO BLOODY MUCH!!! Basil Fawlty

One, it's their Homeymoon ... Lots of extra pressure to get busy ...... But I think he was either effected (somewhat) by the "entity" also ..... Or in a confused state trying to hold on to the last vestiges of his wife & using any means necessary

lol That's true but I think that was because he was in a degree of shock. He loved her and she was insisting everything was okay, and part of his brain just sort of shut down for a bit in order to deal with the obvious insanity and dangerous situation that he couldn't make sense of whatsoever. He wanted to see her response and have her verify that nothing was normal at all, despite what she was saying.
