It was pretty icky. On top of that, this is the THIRD recent movie I've seen featuring huge pools of uterine blood. It seems to have been a thing in the last year or two, and I've had about enough of it. It's only unnerving once.

Eww, I agree it was so gross, and kind of similar to that baby-alien scene in Prometheus
