BEFORE the weird stuff happens?

I just got that Boces vibe from her.

Yes, there is something weird about her right from the start, lots of strange facial expressions and weird energy. But what is Boces? I have never heard that term.

Boces stands for boards of cooperative educational services. it is a type of school either part time or full time for special needs students. usually the students are very special needs but that is not necessarily the case.

she just seemed a little slow. I wish we had more time with them before they got married to tell exactly how she was supposed to behave.

*beep* some people are really offensive. And I mean you, deem-bastille. The special needs Olympics are on at the moment. Those people have far more to offer then many so called 'normal' people. And I include you in that.
