C'mon, man! 8-year-old Jacob Tremblay looked much older than 5 years old!
Jacob Tremblay, born October 5, 2006, was 8 years old during filming for Room (2015), which took place 10 November 2014 to 15 December 2014. He played the part of 5-year-old Jack Newsome. He looked much older than a five-year-old, from the first moment I saw him, and throughout the film. But it would have been almost impossible to get a real 5-year-old to play that part, with all the screen time and lines. C'mon, man!
