I don't know why this is getting mixed reviews. It's pretty solid. It's exactly what you want in a Luther film. It feels like an extended episode that's more cinematic.

But he died in the line of duty.

I think the ending, where he's going to meet the boss of some organization or department, indicates a sequel. I hope so.

Yes! Finally saw it after putting it off for a year plus. Went in with low expectations cause the show is one of my all time faves and the reason why I became a huge Idris Elba fan.

Was honestly expecting to be letdown but I was genuinely surprised. Absolutely fantastic. Just made me want MORE Luther content.

And my word Andy Serkis was so damn good. Played one of the most despicable villains I've seen in a while.
