you need to go back and re examine everything Jennifer says, From a literary point of view Jennifer's dialogue is being used as a method of foreshadowing. For example on the trip to titan in the next to last ep she says something like Im not going to your "Chicken-egg thing" or something like that. If you can parse through her gibberish and movie references you get good preview. Theres a lot more in her dialogue

A real Easter Egg is Lillian from the insane asylum was the original Dr. Railly in the 1995 film that this series is based on. :)

There was a subtle Easter Egg in S02E03,when Cole & Cassie entered the party in 194-what ever year it was-& the music playing was John Phillip Sousa's "The Liberty Bell",aka The Monty Python theme.

I think the third season might have more Easter eggs and hints towards the movie!

Most of what Jennifer says has some connection to the show, but thae characters are not supposed to be aware because to them it all sounds random.

Like how Jennifer (old woman) walked right up to Deacon and touched his face. Deacon says "See anything you like" and she replies "Not yet." Later on, his face is cut in the same spot, so we know there will be something between Deacon and Jennifer in the future.
