What happened?

So, the first three episodes were absolutely funny, great and all that. I was so enthusiastic that I made a topic on how great I thought the show was.

Then comes the rest and it suddenly turns around? What is up with the contradicting behaviour, inconsistent writing and characterization? And what is up with the writers making Kevin each episode a litter dumber?

I know that this is just a fun show and all is fine but why would the writers do this? Is this just a typical move which was made because of some 'consultant' which qualified the targeted audiences would appreciate it?

Episode 10 was okay but the rest lost the magic the first three episodes had, in my opinion.

I had the exact opposite experience. I thought it was slow outta the gate, with some real missteps, but found its footing after a few episodes and got both smarter and really fun. By the end, I quite loved it.

Diff'rent strokes, I guess...

Oh damn, so funny to see how subjective comedy can be. :)

Can't wait for season 2.

We agree there anyway! Really looking forward to more of this. It's nice to see Labine as lead.

Absolutely it is!

The first time I saw him was in 'Breaker high' (about 15 years ago) and I really like how he kept that same funny, weird, attitude towards portraying his style of comedy.
