Unfortunately, with the baby talk all I'm thinking is miscarriage. I like the idea of a pet ghost but they should have made it less humanoid.(and a different color) I guess it's supposed to be comic relief like Slimer, but he was bright green and I never once thought of him as a half term fetus.
It doesn't offend me really, it just seems like a bum note comedy wise.

With the constant floating around and eating things I think it's a reference to that green blob ghost from Ghost Busters.
If it really is an aborted fetus then it's a not so subtle pro-life propaganda at it's best :)

Yeah, if I remember correctly, the model in episode 5 died of a tapeworm. That is the ghost of the tapeworm.

Think you're missing the point.
The pink floating thing is not the tape worm. there's the ghost of the tape worm and then the pink flying thing, two seperate things.
Indeed, what were you guys smoking when watching this show!?. The tapeworm brought him to Mexico in the end of the that very episode, and it saw the light as he did as it requested, the blob again is something different that has been there for quite some eps now.
shareBlob is like a nastier version of Slimer. He eats everything and craps all over the place, but when Kevin needs him he's there.
