Hollywood is coming right out to show they are pro-illegal immigration

Every person who works on this should have an unskilled illegal sent for them to personally care for.

I don't see something on here that makes me angry often, but the fact that this movie exists does that.

Demonize people who want our immigration law enforced (and lets be realistic, it will almost certainly demonize conservatives in general.

Hollywood is so unrepresentative of the whole country. Always has been , even more so now.

Here is a thought for the leftwingers here...YOU know who you are.

You aren't the smartest people in the room that you always think you are. People know political propaganda when they see it.

Right wing Hollywood demonizes Arabs and Muslims and Iranians for DECADES and then whine and cry to mommy when someone has a movie where illegal immigrants aren't demonized? Typical. Well at least you ladies are consistent.

"Right wing Hollywood", are you insane! Perhaps the reason Arabs and Persians are often the bad guys is because Terrorism.

Really? It's the right-wingers who are trashing the treatment of women in Arab countries? Last I checked, it was liberals who wanted to destroy that entire culture due to their own petty self-righteousness.

Look at the production credits on this and then ask yourself if you think that "Hollywood" had even the remotest thing to do with this film other than distribution.

But having said that, this does seem like pro-illegal propaganda to me.

Yes, this film looks racist, but if you read the credits, it's written and directed by Jonas Cuaron. He was born in Mexico City and is know for the film "Gravity". So, with that being the case, it takes away from the racist issue for me. It looks suspenseful and since immigration is a hot topic, it's only logical that someone would cash in on the issue of illegal immigration. At least he is Hispanic, as this film would have never made it from the beginning if it was written by anyone other than a Hispanic writer and director.
