Boy Scout Law
They got the Boy Scout Law wrong. It seemed they were drunk during that scene but a scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, "clean, and reverent." They forgot to add the "clean" part. Sounded like they missed that one.
