Just finished watching The Hungover Games. I laughed zero times. I found myself smiling a few times (mostly at the boobs & Rita Volk). When I watched Starving Games, I laughed once, but there weren't as many boobs and no Rita Volk either.
So...
Gave them both 5 ;)

The Starving Games wins for me but not by a whole bunch I guess. I think I like them both for different reasons. Both are very similar in general - low brow juvenile humor which is fine, but for me more SG’s jokes worked a little bit better, plus Maira Walsh looked hot. On the other hand Hungover Games had more varied characters/some famous actors/celebs like Tara Reid, Jamie Kennedy and Bruce Jenner. And boobies, lots and lots of them! 🤔
