All these needless rescue missions. The fuel bill alone must be in the millions.

Unless...

You never see any exhaust coming from their vehicles. Perhaps they all have "e-vehicles".

I bet Rocky definitely has one. 

Their electricity bill must be big, but not as big as if they were using fuel. 
