Given their voice actors, why don't Carlos and Tracker at least have fake accents? Also, how come Carlos doesn't speak a word of Spanish?

shareI'm French Canadian and the only way people know this is because my first and last names are French. Not every Hispanic person sounds like Slowpoke Rodriguez.
