Who was the guy pouring himself tea in the end?

They all seem to be so impressed when seeing him, so I thought if I'm supposed to know him? Some famous magician playing himself or did that character appear earlier in the movie?

That's the guy at the high security facility that was showing off the tech that the Horsemen stole and concealed on a playing card. He ordered security to search them.
