I liked the second film, implausible but fun!
With current events, there are times I need some light relief, and the absurdity of this film was perfect, big glossy magical spectacles, I really enjoyed it.

shareI agree. Within the suspension of disbelief, if you will, I found the first one fun, and in its own way, believeable , as a way out there and intricate plot. As if the very best of the best pulled something off.
This one pushed the envelope waaaay far. Just the card passing scene went on way too long and stretched even my suspension to its limit. And what turned Dylan into a super ninja? If you are supposed to believe that this is remotely possible, by even the very best, it pushes you off that cliff.
However, I didn't watch the movie to believe that they could pull off all the things they did, but to have a good time, and that it gave me.
I do think if they make another, they just might wear out their welcome with even fans like myself, with the wild stretches that they expect anyone to accept.
This movie was tremendous fun! The story kept on twisting back & forth and the magic scenes were fun, the actors were cool, what's not to like?
Gee Woodle, Space Kadoodle!
