Who Played the Old Woman Who Owned the Macau Magic Shop?

I didn't catch the character's name, and I didn't see "magic shop owner/old woman" in the IMDb credits.

I can't help but think I've seen her in other films, but I just can't put my finger on it.

"Stick with me, baby, and you'll be fartin' thru silk."

Her name is Tsai Chin. She played Auntie Lindo in The Joy Luck Club and she was head judge in Red Corner. Those are the two that immediately come to mind for me. There are probably loads more.
