Well I liked it...

I thought it was nicely shot and had some good character development, I actually felt for Tamara's character when she got killed. A lot of the plotlines are far fetched but if you see it from a slasher perspective and don't take things too seriously its a very fun flick..

I liked it as well, but I have a soft spot for slasher flicks (and Katharine Isabelle and Danielle Harris) so even if SNE 2 will never be considered of any importance to the horror genre I enjoyed it a lot more than I probably should.

I thought it had a strangely melancholy feel to it that got stronger as the movie went on and the characters were killed off. "They're all dead" says Amy towards the end, and when we arrive at the final scene, showing the ultmate fate of everyone, it's all become very quiet and sad. Just like it always is when the after-party dies down after midnight, heh.

It was better than I thought it would be. BUT ... I do get tired of illogical responses where people just stand there when the raging maniac busts down a door - wouldn't you be running for the hills instead of just lying there gaping at him? Also what was with the ending where Seth opens the gate and then keep looking back (at nothing) instead of getting in the damn car and flooring it? No he has to back up into .... Whatever.
