That would be Lucy Cohu. She was in Lightfields and played Jack Harkness' daughter in that series of Torchwood where all the kids went weird and possessed.

Shocked shes given no credit. After the main cast she probably played at least the same amount of role as Wills Mum for example
Tho on a side note.. there was another woman in that tent who looked pretty hot. Not the one will fancied but a 3rd woman. You only saw her a few times but she looked preyty nice
